eff Hinderscheid is a dynamic and accomplished professional dedicated to helping students, parents, teachers, and families fight the mental health epidemic caused by screens and social media. With a BA in Drama from UC Irvine and a Masters degree in Psychology with a specialization in Mental Health Administration, Jeff brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to readers. Throughout his career in social work, he saw that each population had one thing in common: a decline in mental health due to social media. As an avid arts enthusiast and performing artist, Jeff is dedicated to sharing the arts with all populations throughout the community, and teaches Psychology at Hartnell College.
